British 3 year old Madeleine McCann was abducted from her apartment bedroom in Praia da Luz holiday village (Algarve, Portugal) on Thursday 3rd of May 2007. There is currently a £100,000 reward for the safe return of Madeleine.

La petite britannique Madeleine McCann, agée de trois ans, a été enlevée de sa chambre dans l'appartement qu'occupe sa famille dans le village de vacances Praia da Luz (en Algarve, au Portugal) le jeudi 3 mai 2007. Il y a une récompense de £100,000 pour son retour saine et sauve.

"Himalayan Herders is an intimate portrait of a temple-village in the Yolmo valley of Central Nepal where Tibetan Buddhists consult shamans, married life begins by kidnapping the bride, and the nearest road is a two-day walk away. The community drama of marriage, death, and rituals is juxtaposed with the rich texture of daily life, both in the village and the surrounding mountains and forest where these pastoralists herd zomo, a cross between a cow and a yak, which thrives in middle altitude pastures between 8,000 and 14,000 feet. Cultural change, in the form of a government primary school, incorporation into a national park, and circular migration for wage labor outside Nepal, is discussed by residents in interviews. A twenty-five-year-long collaboration between an ethnographer and a documentary filmmaker, the film provides rich material for examining gender, cultural change, religion, pastoralism, South Asia, and the cultural ecology and economics of mountain populations."

Problèmes chez video.google
Il semblerait que video.google connaisse quelques problèmes de serveur - la majeure partie de leurs vidéo ne chargent pas ou prennent un temps fou à charger, et ce sur leur site même. De plus, lorsqu'on vient sur Le Thé Chez Vierotchka, plusieurs vidéos se mettent à charger automatiquement et en même temps, ce qui n'est pas normal. Alors ayez patience avec mon blog, tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre bientôt, j'éspère. Entretemps, je vais marquer une pause jusqu'à ce que tout fonctionne normalement à nouveau, ce qui me fera du bien, car après tout, j'ai été opérée avec une anesthésie totale il y a seulement quelques jours, et un peu de repos me fera du bien. A bientôt avec plein de nouvelles vidéos.

So do have patience with my blog, everything should soon be back to normal, hopefully. I'll soon be back with loads of lovely new videos!
