"This is the 1st of 5 parts of an epic recounting the early career and conversion of Constantine the Great, the first Christian Roman Emperor. It stars Cornell Wilde, Belinda Lee and Christine Kaufman. It was an Italian-Yugoslav co-production (original title: Constantino il Grande) that was distributed by Joseph E. Levine’s Embassy Pictures. Produced by Ferdinand Felicioni and directed by Lionello De Felice, this film was one of the better works that were part of a wave of Italian costume epics in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s. It is in the public domain."
